What is powder coating?
Powder coating is a form of finishing that is applied to surfaces using dry powder form. Powder is applied onto the metal surface using an electrostatic gun, followed by allowing the powder to cure under high temperature in the oven. The commonly used powder includes: polyester, polyurethane, polyester-epoxy, nylon etc. Powder coating is a finishing process that yields a thick, hard finish that is tougher then conventional paints and it can be found from a wide range of products, from household appliances, automobile parts and many metal products.
